Staff is very polite and there behaviour is very good specially Parvati, Aditya and Lipika. Restaurant food is tasty and delicious. They changed the menu frequently. Banquet manager Mr. Sanjay ensure that taste and quality is upto the mark.Room is clean and neat. There location is the biggest advantage, near to temple.

The location is good. The hotel rooms are good except washrooms are small & not well well laid out. Bath area/ space is so small that the water runs in rest of the area & wets the entire wash room making it slippery.The breakfast was good & sprawling.The cancellation policy of the hotel seemed highly unjustified, illogical, harsh & killing. The front office staff was found in the habit of making false assurances, commitments & back tracking from their words. Hotel management seemed lacking in transparency in its working, not matching with the size of the hotel group, professionalism expected & standard operating culture & practices.

Our group – four families along with kids, stayed in this Hotel for 3 days in Mid October 2024 for Shri Jagannath Puri pilgrimage/yatra. The stay was excellent, rooms were neat, bright and spacious with excellent lighting, very comfortable beds, and well equipped with sofa, centre table, study table/chair, wardrobe, minibar etc, and with good central air conditioning. The rooms we got had spacious balconies with extra armchairs and centre table. The rooms had attached bathrooms in excellent conditions, well stocked with necessary toiletries/kits, and hygienically maintained. The hotel has a large well maintained swimming pool accessible from mezzanine/first floor. The housekeeping was excellent overall. The restaurant staff was superb – very courteous – and had an excellent attitude to serve the customers. The service was excellent and quick. The food was delicious with good taste, quantity was adequate – we never had to think about any other place for dinner once we had dinner in their restaurant. One of the family was fasting for Navratri and they also served the Jain food to them. The hotel had an extra wide menu-spread for breakfast with multiple varieties from north and south Indian cuisines, delicious, thoroughly enjoyable and satisfying to start your day – it far exceeded the expectations. The hotel has a large dedicated parking area by the side and our tempo traveller had no issues with parking space every evening. The location is superb, some 5-10 mins walk to Golden Beach – an excellent private sea beach with nominal entry fees, proper shower and change rooms etc for families – and that was the great part of our stay. All in all, a best value for money we could have expected at the price point that we negotiated. Will surely recommend this place to others.

Mixed experience. Rooms good for stay . Restaurant service is slow first time came to know that making butter milk takes time 15 20 minutes. Special shoot out for Ms Kaveri for outstanding service @ breakfast.

A Complete Rip-Off – Terrible Service and Unbelievable Check-Out PolicyI’ve stayed at many hotels, but this one was hands down the worst. I was charged a staggering ₹7,000 plus GST for one night, and for that price, I expected at least a basic level of service and respect. Unfortunately, that was nowhere to be found.First, the check-out policy here is absurd. I’ve never encountered anything like it: you’re forced to check out at 8 AM. Yes, you read that right. You wake up, and you have to leave. There was no flexibility, no consideration for the fact that it’s still early in the morning. I’ve stayed at budget hotels with more reasonable policies, let alone places charging ₹7,000 a night.The room was fine, and the location was convenient, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. The service was horrendous—staff were unresponsive, and seemed to have zero regard for guest comfort. And to top it off, they parked my car on the street (no parking spaces available, apparently), and of course, it got scratched. When I brought it up with the management, they were completely uninterested and offered no apology or resolution.Overall, this hotel is a total rip-off. I’ve had much better experiences at cheaper places. Save your money, avoid this hotel, and find somewhere where you’ll be treated with basic respect and courtesy.

I have a superb experience at Pride Ananya Resort .The staff from check in to check out were simply superb. The rooms were very tasteful and functional. The water temperature and pressure in the toilet were perfect.Right from the main gate , we were like royalty. The staff fussed over us and ensured we had everything we needed.Blue flag Sea beach is walkable distance from the property, which is very neat and clean with less crowded area compared to swargadwara beach.
