Swarnagiri Temple is located on top of the Balipadar hill, 5 kilometers from Bissamcuttack and 52 kilometers from Rayagada town. In this Panasapadar temple, Lord Shiva, Parvati, Anatasayana Vishnu, Laxmi, Ram, Laxman, and Devi Sita are worshiped. It is a new temple that is currently being built. You must climb approximately 300 stairs to reach the temple.
A 55-foot-tall Shiva Linga stands atop the temple. A lookout point has been established to observe the plight of the beautiful mountains. During the winter, the temple attracts a large number of visitors. The Panasapadar Swarnagiri Hill and Temple are popular tourist destinations in the Rayagada District.
