Pandava Bakhara caves which are said to have mythological connections are located in the Chandaka forests, only 31 km distance from Cuttack City and 38 km from Bhubaneswar. The local people say that the Pandavas lived here for a few days during their exile in the rock shelter; hence, it is called Pandava Bakhara.
