Samibrukhya Hills is located in Debala, approximately 63 kilometers from Baripada. Samibrukhya is a vertical rock formation 500 feet high. This location is associated with mythology. During their Aagyatvas, the Pandavas and Draupadi visited this location and hid their weapons in the branches of this sacred tree, according to legend. This tree is now in Pruthimanikani Hills. The road leading to Samibrukhya Hills is well-maintained.
At the road’s entrance at the foot of the hill, there are concrete Bhim maces, bows, and arrows. The five Pandavas, as well as Hanuman, Ganesh, Shiva, and Mata Kunti, are worshiped on the hill. The main festivals in this area are Makar Sankranti Mela and Maha Shivaratri, which are celebrated by the locals.
